I am a physical oceanographer and my research interest lies in large-scale ocean circulation, meridional overturning circulation, freshwater spreading and the relationship between ocean circulation and climate. I use hierarchy of ocean models of different complexity, and Lagrangian parcel tracking techniques to understand the complicated paths of transports associated with the meridional overturning circulation.
